The actress attended the premiere of the film's 3D version in London last night and said she wasn't looking forward to watching the famous scenes where she poses for a nude portrait. "I'm not going to look," she said ahead of the film's relaunch last night. "I'll be in the bar by that point." She went onto describe how watching the film would be "weird". Claudias return!Cladia Schiffer is returning to the brand that created one of her most iconic images, denim brand Guess, as the face of its 30th Anniversary Collection. Inspired by Guess pieces worn by famous Guess girls over the past three decades, the 15-piece collection features - amongst other pieces - wide-neck T-shirts bearing images of Line Gost and Anna Nicole Smith; jeans with a cut-off waistband originally modelled by Adriana Lima; and a sleeveless monochrome gingham top worn by Eva Herzigova. "Guess will always have a soft spot in my heart, and I'm excited that 23 years later we can still work together so successfully," Schiffer - who appeared in six campaigns between 1989 to 1991 Supermodel envy Candice Swanepoel would like to follow fellow Angel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley into acting, but feels she has a disadvantage compared to her English counterpart: her South African accent. "I have thought about it," she told May's issue ofGQ. "But it's different when you're speaking; it's harder for me." Jenny wants another kate.Having dressed almost every famous Kate you can think of - from the Duchess of Cambridge, to Kate Beckinsale, to Kate Winslet (who sported another of her dresses at last night's Titanicpremiere in London) - designer Jenny Packhamstill has one in her sights. "Cate Blanchett - she's the one we haven't dressed!" she laughed. "The new collection is inspired by Film Noir - by the heroines in particular; the femme fatale - and she'd look perfect in it. Especially this silver backless dress." FrustenbabiesThe tiniest DVF wrap dresses you have ever seen were flying off the rails on Oxford Street this morning, as Diane von Furstenberg's Gap collection went on sale nationwide. Customers on Oxford Street waited in an orderly manner to be allowed access at 8.30am - most on route to work and without children to slow their shopping progress. A few, we suspect, may not even havechildren - as the bigger sizes of shoes and dresses, priced from just £20, seemed to be selling particularly well. Dorino rememberedDORINO DELLA VALLE - Tod's founder and father of current CEO and chairman Diego Della Valle and his brother, vice-chairman Andrea - has died at the age of 87. He passed away at Casette d'Ete, the small Italian town where the luxury label is based.
"He was a lovely man, very reserved and of few words, but you could see in his eyes how proud he was of his work and of his sons' endeavours," Armando Branchini, deputy chairman of Milan consultancy InterCorporate, told WWD "He didn't consider himself an entrepreneur, but a shoemaker." Della Valle lent his name to the label he established in the Forties, which he and his sons later renamed Tod's. Private services will be held to remember Della Valle on Thursday.
